This takes a lot of effort.
Living from this baseline every day, means your window of tolerance for additional stress is reduced in contrast to a less sensitive person. It takes less to push you to breaking point.
You’re conscientious and want to do the best you can at everything. And there’s so much you want to do! You are smart and creative with deep interests and passions that you take immense pleasure in getting lost in.
You care deeply about meeting the high standards you set for yourself and are eager to do the best you can for others. You give a lot of yourself.
As a partner, parent or business owner helping others, all of this can be easily exacerbated.
When things go wrong and your precariously balanced schedule is thrown off, life can quickly start to feel a struggle. You become overloaded and depleted of energy. You long for a break. For time and space for yourself. You feel frustrated by the demands of others when your own needs are at the bottom of a large pile.

A trauma and neurodiversity informed holistic coaching programme
What is find your light?
Find your light is a holistic programme combining coaching with embodied healing modalities.
Over the course of this programme, you will connect with yourself on a deeper level and understand how to honour your needs instead of working against them. You’ll see potential and create change in your life which didn’t seem possible prior to the programme.
We’ll go through my “Design Your Future” process to (re)define your values, recognise and meet your needs and assert your boundaries, supported by somatic work.
You’ll uncover and process blocks with ease, inviting new perspectives that change your way of being.
This is deep inner work to create the capacity for external change in the direction of what it is you want, whether in your life, relationships or business.

What’s included?
FIND YOUR FOCUS: pre-commencement questionnaire to uncover your challenges and intentions.
COACHING: 3 or 6 x 60 minute sessions beginning with detailed follow up reflections, actions and exercises sent within 36 hours and accessible via private client portal.
ENERGY WORK: 2 or 5 x 60 minute sessions combined EFT and breathwork to work at an embodied level on any blocks, 1 x 60 minute Matrix Reimprinting session envisioning your future, with recording provided, to relisten to as often as you like.
SUPPORT IN YOUR POCKET: Voxer/email access during office hours (Mon-Thurs 9:30-14:30) so you’re supported between sessions.
HUSH CLUB: Access to monthly group breathwork and on-demand library of breathwork tools.

Why holistic coaching?
Conventional coaching often focuses on purely cognitive approaches. Or looks at life/relationships/career as if one didn’t inextricably impact the other. When it comes to making significant change (and sustaining it) looking at the whole picture is key and consistent deep rest and turning inward is neccessary to support consistent action. Hence, my incorporating approaches which switch off the busy mind and connect with the body. Click on each of the modalities to the left to find out more about them.

EFT (aka tapping) is a technique which involves tapping on the face and upper body, which helps to reduce stress and anxiety and regulate emotions

Matrix reimprinting is a powerful visualisation process which helps to process difficult emotions and transform deeply held unhelpful beliefs into supportive ones

Breathwork is a form of active meditation which involves focusing on or altering the breath in order to elicit particular physiological responses. It has many benefits including trauma release and emotional regulation.
What makes my coaching different?
Trauma informed
My work is trauma informed. I access regular supervision and therapy. I have a network of counsellors and therapists I refer on to where relevant.
Neurodiversity informed
I am neurodivergent and, as well as my lived experience, personal study and training, have coached ND clients, as well as experienced caring for and living with neurodivergent family members.
Holistic practitioner
My coaching incorporates embodied modalities, like EFT, Matrix Reimprinting and breathwork, which improve nervous system regulation in ways conventional cognitive coaching methodologies can’t.
Divergent thinker
My neurotype enables me to see patterns, draw together seemingly disparate strands of information and problem solve in a unique and unusual way. I am deeply intuitive and attuned to clients.
Extensive network
When we work together, my network is your network. I connect clients with nutritional therapists, financial planners, marketing agencies, parenting specialists, counsellors, sex coaches, brand strategists and more.
Cultural sensitivity
I am respectful of lived experience which differs from mine. I honour each individual’s heritage, race, sexuality, gender expression, neurotype and body type. I have awareness of systemic barriers and refer on to coaches who could be a better cultural fit where appropriate.
