Understand your needs and create a support system that protects and empowers you

What defines your sense of identity? What expectations do you set for yourself and how do these align with who you truly are and what you want to achieve?

Understanding and being honest about your sense of self is the foundation for how we work together. It allows me to have a holistic view of your reality, to understand and identify what matters to you and to find what gives you a sense of purpose on a deeper level.

This process of discovery also allows me to create a structure that will help you explore yourself further and gain a truly aligned sense of understanding of where you are and how you can get to the place you want to be. This tailored approach enables me to put together a bespoke, holistic coaching programme with techniques that will guide you gently, but confidently.

A tailored coaching programme for neurodivergent thinkers.

  • Carefully structured, individual-led support for personal and professional development.

  • Holistic, relational, neuroaffirming coaching and mentoring tailored to your specific needs and purpose.

  • Honesty. Openess. Empowerment.

Our journey together starts wherever you are.

My bespoke coaching programme supports your individual experiences and ambitions using a combination of open and frank conversations and embodied modalities.

As we explore your reality, needs, blockers and intentions I will gently lead you to connect with yourself on a deeper level, more consciously honouring the parts of you and your life that are important.

Together we will work to define what matters to you and assert your boundaries supported by somatic work, carefully helping you uncover and process blocks with ease and kindness, inviting new perspectives and more alignment with the truest, most honest expression of yourself.

How it works

1. Get in touch to arrange a 30 minute discovery call to discuss working together over a time period such as 3, 6 or 9 months. Alternatively book a one off 60 minute coaching session for £150.

2. Should we decide to work together longer term, you will receive a detailed intake questionnaire which will form the foundation of our work (if form filling is not accessible, this can become a first session).

3. Our first session will be an extended 2-3 hour session to review your aims and determine the approach for our time together. You’ll receive reflections from me within 36 hours of the session including any resources.

4. We’ll meet online fortnightly for 1 hour sessions from then on (or at a different agreed cadence) and you’ll have access to me via email/WhatsApp 24/7 between sessions with a 36 hour response time.

5. I’ll invite regular reflection within coaching sessions and at the mid-way and end point of our work, evaluating progress and digesting your evolution so far, allowing space for any recalibration.

6. A final extended 90 minute consolidation session to reflect on your journey, integrate lessons, celebrate progress and set any intentions for moving forward. I’ll request your feedback also.

3 months: £1500 (self funded) / £2000 (employer funded)

6 months: £3000 (self funded) / £4000 (employer funded)

9 months: £4500 (self funded) / £6000 (employer funded)

Payment plans available at no cost

When our time together ends, a new journey begins for you.

  • You’ll feel empowered to own a more aligned version of a purposeful vision for your life and work, understanding your needs and asserting them confidently.

  • You’ll have a deeper understanding of your nervous system and your emotional and sensory landscape, allowing you to regulate and calibrate your internal and emotional needs.

  • You’ll feel positive about your future and have the tools to navigate a path towards your goals, while feeling deeply grounded in what is important to you.

  • You’ll have created a way of living that honours and supports your individual needs and abilities, instead of struggling or living against them.

  • I’ve been really impressed by Rebecca’s ability to ride the highs and lows with me, particularly as someone who’s neurodivergent and dealing with trauma. At times, I’ve just been struggling and it’s been really wonderful that Rebecca’s never made me feel as if that’s too much.

    Sarah Salter, Quantity Surveyor

  • Rebecca helped me to build my confidence and focus, she is attuned and intuitive, as well as bursting with life and passion. She has a great balance of business sense and open mindedness and is prepared to take risks, which I loved.

    Ruth Lawson, Psychotherapist & Coach

  • Rebecca has helped me to understand the journey my business and my expertise has taken so far and provided me the space to allow me to move it through the bottleneck of scaling up and moving from a little business that provides steady income to a whole brand. I am very grateful for her guidance and the confidence it gives me to move forward and grow.

Susan Issa, Founder Raising a Wild Child

  • I'm feeling much happier overall and far less anxious. I was feeling quite despairing at times and now I have a general sense of optimism, excitement and adventure, I feel like I've got my mojo back!

    Katia, el-Fakhiri, Florist

  • The sessions including the breathwork have really helped reduce stress and anxiety - aiding my recovering from burnout. The coaching has provided me with a deeper understanding and awareness of my wants and needs. And, as a result, I feel far more empowered in my decisions going forward on both a personal and professional level.
